About Me

Jason is a registered psychologist having completed his Masters of Organisational Psychology at Griffith University. He comes to Acacia Well-Being keen to contribute to the health and well-being of the local community.

Prior to commencing a career in psychology, Jason spent several years working in leadership roles in the Federal Government. He understands the complex challenges associated with workplaces and aims to help people maximise their potential. His calm, supportive, and motivating manner allows clients to build confidence and resilience towards becoming the best version of themselves in personal and professional life. He also specialises in leadership coaching, team dynamics, and organisational development.

Jason understands that personal life can be met with great obstacles, stress, grief, trauma, and heartache. Through utilising evidence-based methods such as CBT, ACT, and Schema Therapy, Jason can assist people to overcome blockages towards personal growth and development. He is adept at helping people become the best version of themselves and find ways to foster and nurture positive relationships.

In joining the team at Acacia Well-Being, Jason is keen to help people recognise, acknowledge, and actively pursue a better way forward. He has a background in sport, and keeps himself active by swimming, playing golf, and going to the gym. He is also a professional musician, singing and playing guitar around Brisbane and south-east Queensland.
